Roads

Driving through the country is an experience, crossing bridges and slowly driving up winding streets, being careful to keep the car/bus intact because of potholes or erosions. Passing another bus or car is a brave endeavour but you don't have a choice. The driver might back up a little, finding a wide enough space for manoeuvre. Sitting in the back helps being oblivious of what happened and could have happened.

Passing by little villages and tiny huts, in the middle of nowhere, with no connection to a town or village. Watching traffic pass. A schoolgirl standing at the side of the road. Not sure if she was waiting to be picked up or was dropped off to walk home... Two ladies were walking up the road with their collected greens for their goats. I assume it is safer to bring the food to the goats then vice versa. The pit-stops were nice and very welcoming. Snacks, drinks and the possibility to step out and look around.
